So — been on this thing for maybe four months now and I keep coming back, reckon I'd say something since a mate asked me last week. I'm UK based, mainly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, just so you know where I'm coming from.
The reason I started using it was genuinely pretty stupid — I never could work out what an ew return actually was once you get five places instead of three. Basically I'd wing it and moan when the payout landed. Now stick my stake in before every slip, even a simple single bet.
Their single bet calculator is the bit I open most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it shows returns instantly, either odds format. Same tool covers the multiples — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, and that's where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it's here horse racing accumulator calculator and it's free with no account nonsense.
The thing that really made a difference is the geekier bits. They've got an odds-to-probability calculator which shows you the overround, and a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutch tool is decent if I'm covering two or three runners.
Couple of gripes. Its layout is a bit basic — zero polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it's usable though the bigger tables are a squeeze. There's no app, just the site — fine by me but worth saying.
Right, that's me. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, try it — it's saved me a load of arguments with the bookie.
